Tenby Long Course Weekend 2019

Well everyone completed their various distances, we had a great weekend and a big congratulations to Joshua who completed the full Iron Man distances in all three categories. We are now planning for next year!!

Thank you to everyone who sponsored us, as you know it is a charity that is close to us and we feel that the only way forward is through research, they are already developing  new treatments so hopefully we may be able to control cancer in the future.

Fundraising 2019

As a family we are continuing to  fund raise for Cancer Research in Pauls memory, and this year we are taking part in the Tenby Long Course Weekend over the weekend of the 5th/6th/7th  July.

Joshua is doing the whole event which is a 2.4mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile marathon over 3 days.

Gareth is running the 26.2 mile marathon.

Annette is running the 10k  (this is double what I normally run!) along side me Dominique and Becca are also running 10k

 My nephew Haydn Cummins and niece Camilla Cummins are running the half marathon. (She has also completed the Bath half marathon as well!)

Please support us as only with research and new medication can we start to beat this disease.
