Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm taking part in the Hever Castle Triathlon in Kent this weekend and hoping to raise some funds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

I've chosen to support this charity in memory of a family friend who died earlier this year, and for anyone else affected by this cruellest of illnesses. The charity funds research, helps people with MND receive the best care and supports families and carers of people with the disease.

This is my second Triathlon this year but my first swimming in a lake. The course consists of a 400m swim, a 20k bike ride and a 4k run. As ever, my training hasn't exactly gone to plan (I don’t think Boris Biking counts) so this is going to be tough!
