1 in 6 of us have a common mental disorder. Anxiety, phobias, male suicide, depression, OCD, schizophrenia, stress, bipolar or eating disorders - nearly everyone has experience of dealing with mental illness, either personally or supporting a loved one. 

On 4th May 2019, 14 East London Hockey ladies are taking on electrocution, ice baths and tear gas all during 10 grueling miles in the mud. Tough Mudder Classic, London West.

Because, despite having come a long way in encouraging conversations and support for those affected, we still have many miles to go in completely eradicating the stigma around mental health. 

ReThink do invaluable work in this arena, campaigning for funding, providing advice services and support groups for sufferers and founding the Schizophrenia Commission .
