I'm trying to raise £500 to help Puddletown Community Library meet their running (pun intended!) costs. Like many, they've been unable to do their usual fundraising this past year, and as a community library which relies on volunteers and donations, it needs support.

This is a cause close to my bookish heart, and also, literally, to my home - we moved to the village in January and are so lucky to live so close to a community library. 

I've been doing the Couch to 5k running challenge and will run 5k on a date tbd in June, once I am physically capable of such a thing! It isn't a huge challenge to some, but for someone as unfit as me, it's definitely been putting me through my paces! I will keep this page updated with more details once I have a fixed date for my run. If you know me, you'll know this is the first sponsored sporty thing I have ever done! 

Any donation, however small, will be so appreciated by the Friends of Puddletown Library registered charity.
