Story

Back for one more adventure........the iconic UK ultra-marathon, affectionately known as "The Long Run".  145 miles.

Put simply, it starts on the 2nd May bank holiday, 6am on the Saturday in Birmingham, 145 miles alongside Grand Union canal, finish up in London.  At some point on the Sunday evening/night I hope to finish..........and I will not be doing this sort of thing again, so no more hassling from me!!!

If I can raise £1,675 that will be over £10k for the Hospice and that really is worth putting yourself through a bit of discomfort for (me, not you).  I am under no illusions that this will be my biggest challenge to date, the monotony, hours on my own, physical and mental endurance, not falling in the canal........

Please donate, the Hospice is so important, it needs your support.  Your friends, families, work colleagues......it is real and relevant to everyone.

Thanks.........again
