The Early Intervention in Psychosis team in West Norfolk along with some family and friends are raising money for West Norfolk Mind.

This started as a small idea for one member of the team to improve their fitness and to achieve a new goal and has grown into their children,  friends and most of the EIP West team being roped in to also be a part of this challenge whilst raising much needed funds for a brilliant local charity.

The majority of us running, have never completed more than 5K but we all plan on working hard together, to ensure we complete this not only in one piece but also in the best time we possibly can manage.

So with our running shoes at the ready we are all set to GO! Please give whatever you can afford, no donation is ever too small and all donations are gratefully received as we plank and jog our way to fitness!

West Norfolk Mind promote positive mental health and social inclusion within the community and provide a variety of resources for people with a mental health issue, their families and friends. They aim to support people to build a meaningful life for themselves and inspire hope for recovery with or without the continuing presence of mental health problems.
