Hello, I am running in the BUPA Great Manchester Run 2014 with Manchester Pride to help raise money for LGBT & HIV groups and charities. 

I have chosen Manchester Pride, as I have been involved in this event for many years, I feel what they do for the LGBT community of Manchester is fantastic, not just for the August Bank holiday but all year round. I work for New York New York a bar in Manchester's gay village which contributes to Pride every year, but I felt I wanted to show personal support and this is why I am running in the Great Manchester run.
