Never one to back down from a challenge, I entered into a rather 'high' profile event... 100ft high, to be precise!

I was hoisted 100ft in the air to the top of the mast of an ocean-going yacht in the middle of Cowes Yacht Haven, one of Carswell Gould's Island-based clients, and was only allowed down once I'd taken a selfie at the top!

'Boss Up A Mast' is brought to Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week 2015 thanks to UKSA, the regatta's official charity.
