Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This might end up hurting! - 31 miles in one day!

I walk at around 4mph on flat ground and the Chilterns are hilly so I'm going to be walking for a minimum of 8 or 9 hours, not including breaks.  Please encourage me not to give up half way through by donating generously for this amazing charity!

You see, the truth is, being a widow is pants.

Big smelly sh*tty pants.

But it doesn't have to be all sh*tty. Just over 5 years ago I found an awesome charity called WAY - Widowed and Young, that supports people who've lost a partner under the age of 50. It's an amazing charity.

If you have any spare money in your pocket please consider donating some of it to WAY - I can't guarantee that I'll finish (blasted blisters may stop me) but if you do donate you will be helping to support young people who, just when they think life is going well, get hit with the darkest days of their life.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
