Story

I'm walking 100km from London to Brighton to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The route begins in Richmond ending 20-33 hours later in Brighton after 100km of walking, that's the equivalent of to almost 2 and half marathons. This will be the most physically and mentally challenging thing I've ever decided to embark on, especially as I've never attempted anything like this before.

I chose Macmillan Cancer Support because of the invaluable help they provided to those affected by what is already an extremely difficult illness. They also provided help when my own father was ill.

Fundraising is hugely important to Macmillan. Without people doing events, running marathons, climbing mountains, and donating in all the other ways that you can, Macmillan wouldn’t exist.
