I'll be running the Scottish Half Marathon on Sunday 24th September to raise funds to support the Ridley Eye Foundation. 

The REF performs critical cataract surgery in Nepal, curing blindness for those who lack the medical resources that we can often take for granted. Their impact can be seen in the hundreds of patients in urgent need of healthcare that they have screened.
