A £1000 will provide a life skills course for a soldier to get back on his feet. They have proved very successful and I would like you to play a part in helping a wounded Paratrooper come to terms with his injury and realise there is another life to lead. </span></p>

I have to say I found the latter part of the London Marathon a little tiring…</span></p>
