Hello folks,

I have now successfully completed my triathlon! Thanks to all that have supported me, please feel frew to continue to support this page and all funds will go to SOS.

For those that know me well, you will know getting my lazy bum of the sofa and lifting a finger unnecessarily can be quite an ordeal.

So you may be pleased to know that in the spirit of charity, I have decided to run a triathlon on 13th June in Blenheim, near Oxford.

I would be really grateful if you would consider giving to the brilliant charity SOS children's villages which builds homes for orphaned and abandoned children around the world.

They work in my home countries of Russia and Uganda, so this cause is also especially dear to my heart.
