The woodwork is rotten, the paving uneven and unsuitable for wheelchairs and the plants overgrown in a courtyard that should be used often by patients as they recuperate before returning home.
The Hastings Emergency Action Resilience Team, HEART, a brilliant group of caring local volunteers have redesigned our Courtyard and plan to do all the restoration work with their volunteers. Help us, Sister Elaine Ellis and the staff and patients on Egerton support HEART raise the £5000 needed to purchase the materials they will need.
