Memory Walk · 19 September 2010

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in a memory walk to raise money and awareness for people and familys coping with alzheimers.

The walk is 12 miles, in and around the beautiful countryside of Winchester, i don't know how long it will take but it's not about how fast or how well i do, it's not a race.

So, why am i doing this walk?

.....it's  for my Grandma

because i miss you

because i miss our chats

and because i miss your stories

because i miss your advice

and because i miss all the things that only a Grandma can teach a Grandaughter

and

I'm doing this for my Grandad

because i miss you
