Like a lot of people over the last year i have found myself moving less and eating more.

The wonderful charity that i work for has been a lifeline to so many older people during the Covid pandemic and will be never more needed as people return to 'normal life'. Many will struggle physically, some mentally and some are 'chomping at the bit' to get going.

As their fundraiser, our income like all charities has been decimated so I thought i would lead by example and walk 10k steps for 45 days, 450 000 steps

I started on the 17th February the 1st day of lent and all being well will finish on 3rd April

 All donations will be appreciated as 10 k steps round a desk job isn't easy to fit in 😀
