I've done it again ! I've managed to persaude Rod to do another run. He has now recovered from the 2011 Glasgow 10k so we are going to take part in the Great North Run together.

Rod reluctantly agreed to join me in the ballot for an entry. He got in and I didn't. I am not sure who was most annoyed !

Anyway, I now have a place and we will be running in support of Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research whilst Rod is running for Alzheimers Society.
