Hi folks, I know some of you are aware I work for the PATCH Team which is part of the Children's Community Nursing Team at United Lincolnshire Hospital Trust. Myself and 3 other collegues cover the whole of Lincolnshire providing respite and end of life care to familes who have a child/young person up to the age of 19 with a life limiting condition. As well as receiving our service, many of our families use the amazing services at Rainbows.  I am running the Bupa Great North, to raise a little bit of money to give something back as a thank you from the children/young people and their familes which I have had the pleasure in supporting, and in memory of the little/big people that are no longer with us. xx
