I am running a half marathon on Saturday 14th May in aid of the Alder Centre at Alder Hey Children's Hospital. The Alder Centre is a counselling/support agency for anyone affected by the death of a child. This is very close to my heart as most of you know Paul (my husband) lost his son Lee in 1989 and the Alder Centre took such good care of him and his family at this awful time.
