This year I'm doing my first full Superhero Triathlon. It's not far - just 150m/3km/1km - and apart from  having to swim in a lake in England  I can hear you shout "that's not much of a challenge!". 

But this is a Superhero Tri and that means you need a Superhero to join your team. Having decided against calling Superman I have been lucky enough to be joined by Superhero Toby  (available for signing up by Marvel or DC by the way...)

Toby is 7 years old, and my very cheeky son. The challenge is Toby cannot stand or walk or ride a bicycle, but he can swim about 25 metres in about 10 minutes (I am assured there will be multiple lifeguards in boats to  rescue us!).  The challenge of completing the course is hopefully becoming clear.

We are raising funds for Me Too & Co, a SW London based volunteer-run charity that helps disabled children and their families.
