Me and a group of my fellow GPs and some ringers we have roped in are entering a team triathlon. Make no mistake this will be a significant challenge for me! Pat pretended for several months that is was an easy course. I chose to believe this until I saw the map route which seems to involve a lot of hills. I'm definitely going to be sick at the end.

It would be great to raise a decent amount of money for this charity which does really important work with marginalised young people. I hear from Pat the difference they make to young people's lives at a critical time and it's not a service which gets anywhere near enough funding from the government.
