This will be my 4th time of doing the Hull 10k and as with the previous ones I will be doing this in memory of mum and dad and all our loved ones friends and family who we have lost and who have survived serious illness.

Its a big birthday year and as I knocked 14 minutes off my time last year I have set myself the challenge of taking another 10 minutes off....Ouch!!

You were so generous with you donations last year and I appreciate there are a lot of people raising money out there for amazing causes so anything you can give will be much appreciated
