I'm going to spend the day at my local dogs home on Thursday 16th May and walk as many homeless dogs as I can!  I know it's not climbing a mountain or running a marathon but I thought it would be a nice thing to do in memory of Kate.  I know how much she loved Rocco, her and Tim's rescue dog.

Kate has been a massive inspiration to so many people and I'm so proud of all the charity work she did with her best friend Susie. I think of her every day and always think about her words on her last blog ..
