Myself and my son Joseph aged 10 are raising money for Over the Rainbows Childrens Charity based in Woodbridge. Joseph decided he wanted to take part in the 5k inflatable run and raise money for this charity.

A little bit about the charity.

They support children living with serious or life threatening illnesses. They do this by either providing specialised equipment to help with day to day living for the child or by providing some fun days out.

There is no statutory right for young people with a disability to be provided with medical equipment from the government or NHS, children are therefore slipping through the net, and that is where they may be able to help.
