We have chosen to run the Great North Run this year as a challenge we have yet to tackle and to support a friend who is currently undergoing treatment for this horrid disease. We will trot every step with her and many others in our minds. Every penny you can spare will spur us on through the ups and downs of the 13.1 miles.
