Story
On Saturday I will be taking part in my first ever sponsored run aged 7 in Cirencester. It will be my first muddy race on my own with other children. I am doing it for the charity Right to play to help other children around the world who don't have things like we have and the charity helps them learn and have fun through playing sport.
There is more information about Right to play below which mummy and daddy have included for me...
Right To Play is a global organisation that uses the transformative power of play to educate and empower children facing adversity. Through playing sports and games, Right To Play helps over one million children learn to build essential life skills and better futures, while driving social change in their communities with lasting impact.
When you raise funds for Right to Play, Fruit Shoot Mini Mudder’s official non profit partner, you change lives. For more than 15 years, Right to Play has delivered programmes which create positive experiences and teach important life skills that encourage behaviour change. At the core of every activity is their Reflect-Connect-Apply approach, which encourages children to examine their experiences, relate those experiences to what they already know and apply that learning to their daily lives. This strategy helps children adopt and maintain lifelong healthy behaviours and attitudes.
