On Friday 27 January, I will be taking part in The Good Grief Trust's #PartyDressDay to raise vital funds for their work.

For those who know me well, I am fascinated by space, which is why on #PartyDressDay, I will spread joy across Leicester by wearing my favourite party dress and space accessories so I look like a real-life press dress solar system!

During the day, I'll be meeting a client, followed by... attending the snooker which will be aired on the television! So, there will be no opportunity for me to hide away.

The Good Grief Trust aims to raise awareness of issues around bereavement and try to change the way we deal with this taboo subject in the UK, ensure acknowledgement of the potentially severe effects of grief and encourage us all to talk it about it more openly
