As many of you know, mum was diagnosed with secondary colorectal cancer in October. Since diagnosis, mum has benefitted hugely from the wonderful, warm support she's received from Penny Brohn, who help people live well with cancer. From a residential course, to nutritionist support and regular therapies and classes, mum has found a whole side of support outside of the hospital. The variety of things she can do is amazing - art classes, meditation, massage therapy or even nordic walking.

Whilst we've all done various runs before, none of us has done a challenge in a while and we thought entering the 10k could be a small thing we could do to support mum, raise money and get fit.  We'd really like to use the 10k as an opportunity to raise money for a charity important to us and mum so any donations would be hugely appreciated.
