Ellie 10K Run. On 12th November, Remembrance Sunday, I am attempting to run 10k to raise money for Help for Heroes. I've not completed a run this far yet so it's a challenge for me but nothing like the challenges our heroes face or have faced on our behalf . In fact in march this year I ran just 100m then was sick because I was so unfit! Any sponsorship greatly appreciated, even £1 can make a difference.
