Elliot Jake was born on 7th February. The most beautiful boy, with deep blue eyes and extraordinarily long eyelashes which everyone he met commented on. His smile, complete with dimples, was simply gorgeous.

Elliot died on 1st July. There were no warning signs, he simply passed away in my arms. The cause of death has been given as cardiomyopathy for which there is no known cure and limited effective treatments for infants.

Elliot was our son and a younger brother to Josh & Ben. We are all immensely proud of him and miss him terribly.

Elliot was an out-patient at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, one of the leading children's hospitals in the world. We wish he had lived long enough to benefit further from their expertise and care.
