The EW Girls are limbering up for the Zest Team Challenge on the 22nd June. 12 colleagues are preparing to tackle and "destroy" a 5k/10k Obstacle Challenge in Cattonhall, Derbyshire. The Zest Challenge 2013 with Alpro is a unique, women-only event. Rather than just running your way round a course, we'll have to scramble over hay bales, under nets and through tyres, negotiating balance beams and flying down a giant water slide. We expect to get wet, muddy, and burn some serious energy, all in the name of fun!
