Age UK Dacorum offer a wide range of services that provide information, practical support and social inclusion to older people and their carers throughout the Borough. 

Age decorum are partnered with Herts MIND network, which is specifically what we are raising money for, they work across Hertfordshire, offering support to anyone in the county who is over the age of 16 and facing a mental health problem, or caring for those who are. 

This charity is very close to our hearts, as we lost someone very special to us from mental illness. 

Luke's sister, Lisa Jones was battling with bipolar for many years and we sadly lost her in 2015. 

We are trying to raise awareness for mental health and hope that with all of our contributions, we can help the charity to help others.
