I have decided to do a skydive in March for the mental health charity headlight after the recent passing of my Dad. Mental health is very close to our hearts and we would all be so thankful for any donations to help support more mental health charities. No one should suffer in silence. I want to raise the awareness of mental health and how it impacts not only the person itself, but also family and friends. I want to try and help more people who are continuing to battle with mental health, make a full recovery so that they can continue to enjoy their lives like everyone else.
