UPDATE (20/12/2013): Thank you so much to everyone who donated!  I'm super duper happy that I've reached my target, right before Christmas.

Thank you to the amazing bakers at Friends of the Earth (where I work), which definitely helped raise funds at my bake sale.

I'll be doing this to raise £800 for Raleigh International.  Raleigh has given me the opportunity to go to Nicaragua, Central America (not Africa).

This is really important to me.  Life is hard.  But its harder for those in poverty in Central America.  I'm excited to work with the local community to create a sustainable future and learn a new language along the way.
