Yet again with some trepidation I am taking on a swimming challenge and have decided to rise some money for Brighton and Hove Speak Out along the way. I will be swimming the around the Isles of Scilly over 2 days covering approximately 12k in total.

Speak Out is a wonderful charity and needs all the support it can get to continue supporting local people with learning disabilities to have a voice.
