Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-shortening genetic condition that slowly destroys the lungs and digestive system. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK-wide charity fighting for a life unlimited, when everyone living with CF can look forward to a long, healthy life. www.cysticfibrosis.org.uk

Story

Did you know that 1 in 4 people are carriers of the CF gene? It's the most common serious genetic disease in the UK, affecting over 10,000 people.

And our friend Nick works for the CF trust...

A group of us are taking on the 100 miles (including the dreaded Box Hill) this August to raise money and awareness of Cystic Fibrosis- find out more at  http://www.cysticfibrosis.org.uk/

Join us at 9.15am on the 10th May for a charity spin class at Boom Cycle in Holborn for a donation of £25- you'll get breakfast too!! Don't worry, we won't be teaching the class!

The address is Procter st, WC1V 6NX.
