2 years ago my lovely father died of cancer. The months leading up to his death were horrible, however during that time Macmillan offered us invaluable support and advice that made all our lives a little easier. 

As a small token of my gratitude, I've decided  to take on the Macmillan Mighty Hike Challenge, a 26 mile hike from Brighton to Eastbourne on June 10th. 

The hike should take between 8 and 13 hours to complete and it will be the furthest I've ever walked. Needless to say training has started and I'm looking forward to the challenge.
