Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As Youth Ambassador for MiSP I am passionate about supporting the next generation of school children with their mental health and wellbeing. A Million Minds Matter Appeal is aiming to reach one million minds over the next five years by introducing the MiSP Mindfulness curricula to children, young people and teachers all over the U.K.

After being involved in the Manchester Arena Terrorist attack in 2017, and suffering with panic attacks and anxiety before this, Mindfulness was a life saver for me - it changed my life and gave me the coping strategies to overcome a major trauma along with helping me through the stresses of secondary school and my GCSE’s. It has given me the life skills needed for a healthy mind that are now embedded in my lifestyle.

I think it is vital to use Mindfulness as early as possible to generate real change in this world and create a community of next generation leaders who want to right the wrongs of the leaders of today

My motto is -  To be the light that allows others to shine
