Young at Heart have supported children with heart conditions who are treated at Birmingham children's hospital, and their parents, for 40 years now. We are fortunate to have known the team for almost 10 years and they are doing wonderful things for our children, all in their own time. 

YAH are a small but wonderful charity who have enhanced the lives of our children in so many different ways; they host lots of events from picnics to day trips, they help our children stay positive during hospital stays with teddies and certificates, and are always on hand to give the parents advice and words of kindness when we need them. Please help us to keep this amazing charity running by donating today. 

It's been 4 years since my last fundraising run!!! And post covid I'm the biggest and most unfit I've ever been so I need everyone to give me some real encouragement this year just to get round the 10k.
