I am taking part in a charity spinathon, the distance from London to Brighton (54 miles) on May 11th. I am doing this to raise much needed funds for Multiple Sclerosis.

 Aims2Cure was set up in 1999 and raises money for research into the cause and treatment of Multiple Sclerosis. In addition to this, through the Michele Elster Fund, they help improve the quality of life of those living with Multiple Sclerosis by providing pieces of equipment and services to both individuals and local MS therapy centres .
