The Bridge Trust supports single adults in west Kent who are homeless or at risk of homelessness - the people who are not usually the focus of publicly-funded services.

It provides advice, accommodation and support, working with the local authorities and other agencies, to transform people's lives by helping them to achieve independence and have a home of their own.
