During pregnancy and after Logan was born I experienced border-line depression. I asked those close to me to key an eye on me and check in on a regular basis (thank you to those who did - you know who you are). The craziness of pregnancy and post-natal hormones had a real impact.

In one of my darkest hours, I vowed to do what I could (when I was feeling mentally stronger) to both prevent and help others from a similar experience. This has paved the way for me in my path at Purely Pregnant and I totally support the work of Bluebell. Running the 10k is one of many ways I feel I can support the essential work they do.
