Emma recently passed away after a 3 month illness.  

As many of you know she had psoriatic arthritis for most of her life but did not let that stop her living life to the full.  

The Arthritis UK charity is one that she supported and its goal of helping people affected by arthritis live fuller lives is in line with how she lived hers.
