We’re the UK’s leading charity for Crohn’s and Colitis. Right now, over 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of. We’re working to improve diagnosis and treatment; to fund research and to raise awareness.

I am very grateful for your donation no matter how big or small, every penny counts. You are giving to a charity that means so much to so many and really makes a difference to those being diagnosed and suffering. This is my challenge to support a  charity that is close to my heart due to family members with the condition, and this is your opportunity to contribute towards giving that little bit extra.

I am doing various races includng triathlon, running and obstacle courses over 9 months, training has already pushed me to my limits however its only the start, hopefully all my hard work will pay off and my challenge will be a success. A few examples of events I am taking part in include the East Coast Triathlon, the Victory triathlon, GEAR 10km, Sandringham 10km and the Men's Health Survival of the Fittest.

The pain and discomfort I will and have felt in training is nothing in comparison to the physical and mental battle of Crohn's and Colitis and every penny raised will greatly contribute to my motivation and enthusiasm throughout the challenge.

I would like to thank C&C for all the help and support they have given me, the Gastro Teams support at the QEH, Kings Lynn with a special mention to Dr Mathialagan and also King's Lynn Traithlon Club and the Ryston Runners, for all the valuable training and coaching.
