Muggins here agreed to be a team member for one of the teams in my gym's 'spinathon'. The spinathon is over 24 hours - a relay if you like, and I have drawn the the short straw hours of 01hrs to 03hrs and 11.00 - 13.00hrs on Saturday 1 October.  So despite it kiling me I will get to see England Scotland.  This masochism is most definitely worth it.  This year all monies go to Cancer Reasearch and as you will know this is close to my heart.
