Pluralistic Counsellors Woss Occurin' charity walk for Ty Hapus · 3 April 2022

We support people and their families affected by Dementia, living in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan . We are based on Barry Island in the Vale. We support people of all ages with a focus on Young Onset Dementia. This may be at our Barry base, Cardiff, or out at locations in the local area.

Ty Hapus, offers respite and support to people living with dementia and their families, with a particular focus on those diagnosed with young-onset dementia. 


Pluralistic counselling practice can support the mental health and wellbeing of those affected by dementia and as a group of therapists from South East Wales we are happy to be supporting the Ty Hapus Woss Occurin' walk for charity.
