I shall be holidng a 'sidekick challenge' on behalf of the Oxfordhsire Kickboxing Club to raise awareness and money for Cancer Research. 

The aim is to complete as many sidekicks as possible in a hour, with a personal target of 2,000 kicks per person as well as 300 press ups and 300 sit ups.
