We're Children's Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS). We care for children throughout Scotland with life-shortening conditions and their families. We make sure that no matter how short their time together may be, it is filled with happiness. Even in the pain of grief, we're determined that joy lives on.

Story

Hi, thanks for visiting our team fundraising page. :)

We have always wanted to do West Highland Way but had felt it would be too difficult. However this summer we are going to do it! We plan to do this challenging 97 mile long trek in only six days at the end of July. Even though most of us have successfully completed Duke of Edinburgh walks, this walk will be the biggest challenge yet!

We thought this would be a perfect opportunity to raise some money for a worthwhile charity. We decided on Children's Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS) as it is a brilliant charity that provides the only hospice services in Scotland for children and young people with life-shortening conditions. We believe in the value of this charity as it gives the families happy memories in unimaginable circumstances.
