We lost our wonderful Dad on the 9th December to oesophageal cancer. Whilst Dad stayed at home throughout his whole illness, being cared for entirely by our incredible Mum, he was under the care of St Peter and St James - our local hospice. 

St Peter and St James, and Dr Caroline in particular, provided Mum and Dad with great support, knowledge and advice during this time and we wanted to, in some way, show our appreciation for the time they have given to our family over the past few months.
