At the Old Police Cells Museum we are commited to bringing new voices into the museum and telling the story of women's fight for equality in the police service over the past 100 years. 

We are a charity and need to raise money to help us to complete this project. This will include the printing and design costs for the Women in Policing Timeline to be dispayed at the museum and funds to contribute towards a museum standard display cabinet for items of female uniform. 

At the museum we want to celebrate the achievements of women in a profession which has historically been domminated by men and to provide a space where we can ask questions and discuss the problems that still exist.
